Transparent standards for our mathematical audits.
1. Digital Audits
Valkala provides high-precision digital reports and strategic blueprints. Due to the immediate mathematical processing and digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the report generation process has begun.
2. Technical Errors
If a mathematical audit fails to deliver due to a system error on our part, we will regenerate the report at no additional cost or provide a full refund if the error cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
3. Calculation Integrity
Refunds are not provided based on the specific content or interpretation of the audit. Our commitment is to the mathematical precision of the astronomical data; the Vedic interpretation is provided as-is based on traditional methodology.
4. Processing Timeline
For manual expert consultations, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. Late cancellations may incur a processing fee.
